To conclude our War Child topic year 6 have been linking the UNICEF rights to their historical research into the Holocaust. We are very proud of the mature attitudes all children maintained during this activity into what is a very emotive subject. Through their answers it was obvious to see how much information they have taken on board throughout this topic.
Well Done Year 6, we hope our new topic Perilous Poles continues to inspire such thoughtful, high quality work!
The children's comments about the Holocaust and the way they have organised their thoughts about such an emotive subject is just brilliant. The way they have looked at universal rights and contrasted these with the persecution of Jews is very sensitive and mature. I know the teachers were very proud of the way they worked together to put their ideas together. Great job, Year 6.
