COULD YOU SAVE A GRAPE FROM THE IMPACT OF A 1 KG WEIGHT?

As part of our WAR CHILD topic, year 6 and their parents had a fabulous afternoon making models of Anderson Shelters. 
They had to make a structure strong enough to withstand the impact a 1 kg weight.
Did they save their little grapes? Yes they did!!!!
Congratulations on a positively competitive,  successful and FUN afternoon!

    I absolutely loved this workshop. It was great to see so many parents/carers looking at work, asking questions and then participating so competitively in the Anderson Shelter challenge. I'm glad that only one grape was crushed!
